Mary Poppins finally returns in the movie Mary Poppins Returns (Mary Poppins returns). The last time we saw this "fairy" English nanny in her first film, Mary Poppin was made in 1964, That's more than half a century ago!

Perhaps for the Vietnamese audience this is a brand new character, but for the audience who has watched Hollywood movies for a long time this is an extremely interesting and adorable "nanny". The question is, is it worth the wait?

And from the first ten minutes of Mary Poppins Returns , the answer becomes clear. We will see a talented cast, good songs, and lots of creative points to help make this sequel nearly as excellent as the original classic.

And how is Mary Poppins new? Yes, Emily Blunt did a great job. Her role as Mary Poppins seems a bit more kind and mischievous than described by Julie Andtrews. However, she did a good job.

Overall, the whole cast did well: Lin-Manuel Miranda shone as Jack, who was an apprentice to Bert the Chimney Sweep from the first film. There are also interesting appearances by Angela Lansbury, Dick Van Dyke and Meryl Streep, who are very playful as in the first movie.

Music and images continue to be the wings to enhance the film

The soundtrack is also quite good. With Step In Time or Chim-Chim-Cher-ee from the first movie, the remaining are new songs Can You Imagine That? , A Cover Is Not The Book and The Place Where Lost Things Go.

Basically, Mary Poppins Back is well appreciated because it brings a lot of colors and joy. Some scenes, such as the final climax, are amazing, the sound distribution makes it possible to sit in the auditorium listening to Broadway musicals.

We have so many dark films and deadly serious movies, it's great to have a little fun to watch. Some skeptics may suffer from optimism about being here.
